All content on this we1bsite, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Bozeman Film Festival, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

 

Film Content

Films submitted to or screened at the festival remain the property of their respective copyright holders. The festival respects all intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same.​

1.3 User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose

  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Interfere with the website's operation

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Harvest or collect user information without consent

1.4 Film Submissions

By submitting a film to the festival, you:

  • Warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions

  • Grant us limited rights to screen and promote your film as part of the festival

  • Acknowledge that submission does not guarantee selection

  • Agree to our Film Submission Rules and Regulations

1.5 Ticket Sales and Refunds

  • All ticket sales are final unless an event is cancelled

  • Tickets are non-transferable except as explicitly permitted

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or revoke tickets for violation of festival policies

  • Late arrivals may not be seated

1.6 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOZEMAN FILM FESTIVAL, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

1.7 Idemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bozeman Film Festival, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these terms.

1.8 Modifications

  • All ticket sales are final unless an event is cancelled

  • Tickets are non-transferable except as explicitly permitted

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or revoke tickets for violation of festival policies

  • Late arrivals may not be seated

1.9 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
